Excellent communication. They send you an invoice and tracking numbers for shipping. The diamond grit hole saws were excellent and this was the only place that had the odd sizes I needed. It was my first order, and I will probably order many more times.

I was in a pinch to find drop ins with a knurled end as the smooth drop ins I was using did not grip the concrete as expected. None of my local suppliers had these in stock. I searched online and came across Mutual Screw. Said you were located in NJ. That is a one or two day wait on parts shipped to Baltimore. After several days I called to find out where my parts were and was told you had to order them from the factory and receive them in and then ship them to me. Had this been indicated anywhere on your site, and it should of, I would of gotten my local supplier to order them in and I would of had them 3 days sooner.

I looked for these screw hooks everywhere; McMaster, Grainger, etc. You were the only source that had the size I needed in stainless steel.
Y'all had the size I needed on a specific products and no other place had it. Delivery was quick and items were as described. Thanks!
