Placed the order on the 2nd, label was created on the 4th but not shipped by Sat according to tracking. I had to go to town and buy one in order to deliver my product to customer by the next Monday. Very disappointed. Not sure I'm going to keep it.

Received order missing one piece. Requested replacement and prompt response. Suspect missing quantity is due to packaging. Suggest for future to seal container with packaging tape and internally wrap contents with bubble wrap. When I received the order the box was crushed and the end flaps appear to have become broken. Think one of my pieces became separated. Let me know if you want a picture of the box. I kept it just in case.
I should have requested UPS or FEDEX instead of USPS
Good selection and order confirmation was quick. I wasn't made aware that the order was coming in two shipments however, so when I only received one box with no indication that the rest was days behind, I was a bit concerned and replied to the email one of the reps sent me confirming the order. I got no response, but did get the package a couple of days later. I have a feeling the 'Jim' might be an automated response.
