After having read tons of positive reviews, I decided to give mutual.app a shot. I think I received about 20 messages in the first few months; most were from guys I wasn't interested in. I did write a few back; only two actually responded after that. One just did not seem like a Latter-day Saint; he said he loved going to church, and that it brought him so much peace. But he knew nothing about the church; he had never even heard of Brigham Young. The other man wanted to show me pictures of him in his birthday suit. In my experience, Mutual is full of people who are not LDS and creeps. I did not feel safe using this app. I do not know how (or if) Mutual screens its members, but I can not recommend this service to women.
