MSpy never worked from day 1. I set it up over and over again, I reached out to support and all they ever did was tell me to uninstall and reinstall. I tried this at least 20 times. I followed every single instruction and nothing went wrong at any step. There is no reason why it isn't working and support literally keeps saying to uninstall AGAIN. I spent WAY too much money for a product that has never fully worked a single time. I will be pursuing a refund and warning anyone I can about this service. Save yourself the headaches and AVOID this company.
