Service is helpful till its working,... once it stops, They will not help u or refund ur money. Its always a wait of 50 mins. If we could have the target device for so long, why would we use this service. No one replies to mails from billing dept. Agents dont help. I was made to wait for 3 days and again i was told to wait for 50 mins!
Too many flaws. GPS is supposed to show location every 5min. Sometimes it takes more than 45min. It has nothing to do with the GPS or satellite problems.
Facebook messenger does not display the time it was typed properly.
They help centre is automated, always sends you the same answers.
Keylogg is not accurate. Mises parts.
The updates are not real time. It can take over one hour to see updates.
There's more, but I'm not typing everything here...
Waste of money, doesn't do what it supposed to, just been reading another complaints and I'm surprised this company still exists and are able to scam more people, avoid at any cost. I wish I read the comments before the purchase.

I paid for this service a few months ago. Half of the stuff didn't work (couldn't view Facebook activity or messages, couldn't view Snapchat or Instagram.) I decided to renew it and try reinstalling to see if that worked. I paid my subscription and was never able to log into the account. I called multiple times per day and get hung up on after 5 minutes of being on hold. They won't answer calls, emails or refund me my money. This is an awful service and I would not recommend it.

Worst Customer Service and absent of a valid return policy - expect that if you buy it and it doesn't work or you do not use the product they will not refund you your money. There is no trial period — you buy it you own it. Buyer beware!
