This company is really a terrible company. Their website is misleading iOS users and their "compatibility list" is hard to find on their website. Website seems to tout all features work for Android as well as iOS. IT IS NOT TRUE. When I asked for a refund, they emailed back saying they could not proceed with the refund because it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. This is a very shady company. For iOS Users, before you buy, check http://www.mspy.com/compatibility.html. Company will NOT refund your money for a worthless product.

I just paid for a subscription with myspy for the first time and it is not of any use to me. It's also misleading which is why I decided to not use it. When I asked for a refund they would not give it to me after I explained that the service isn't doing what the website has advertised that it would do. They just froze my account and suggested other alternatives. I don't want any free additional months added, nor do I want to continue using myspy, I just want a refund because I won't be using it.
Had issues installing app. Customer service was fantastic. The guided me step by step. Was complete patient. Now up and running hassle free. What more could you want!
I researched and read that MSPY provides texts, keylogs etc for iPhone. So I spent 140.00 for a YEAR LIKE AN IDIOT trusting the reviews and company. Come to find out you can ONLY see texts when on same internet otherwise no, it doesn't work at all. I'm a flight attendant and he travels with military so neither of us are on sane internet
I contacted the company saying I purchased this with full trust they would supply what they said they did and got the runaround tacky emails and zero help. Zero refund.
So do not believe what you read. It DOES NOT WORK for iPhone unless on same internet
