If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go.
1) Very complicated and long setup, some functions can be set up only with the help of support. At the same time there are other services that are set up by themselves, in automatic mode.
2) I paid the "extreme" tariff and additional support. But in order to configure the functions I need such as environment recording and camera access I was offered to wait a month! In the end, these functions never worked. Call recording also did not work.
3) Control sms-delay of more than two days
4) Constant need to make calls to ******* from the target device to restore the lost connection.
5) Support service can be contacted only by mail, and it responds only after three days (even though I paid for additional support).
Don't waste your money on this product, it's as good as throwing it away.
I never got my money back for the service that didn't work, although the developer claims a 14-day refund period in case of problems.
In the end, I bought another service, which 1) was cheaper 2) automatically configured 3) all functions worked at once 4) support responded online.

I have purchased and installed on android as per there conditions but nothing works properly also after sale support is very poor and even they are not responding for money back policy. I surrender my license but to get my money back I am following since long but no reply

The installed app does not work. They promise you the moon but deliver spam (expired at that). When you discover it doesn't work, they refuse to refund your money. I hope the people perpetrating this fraud find a special place in hell. I would be interested in anyone considering a class action against this company

I like to call myself "tech challenged" because I just am. Whenever contacting mSpy I've been lucky enough to speak with an agent who cares. For me, Alex Scarn is at the top of my list in being patient and knowledgeable. He is a true good will ambassador for Mspy. I've had this service for about 3 years and wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

No better help than Thomas York, really amazing help! No hesitation whatsoever, i would recommend anyone to this purchasing this app.

We wanted to use mspy to get a handle on what our grandson was doing. We entered into a chat session with a mspy rep to find out if their product would work if we didn't have access to our grandson's phone (called the target device) and were assured that we didn't need the phone and it would definitely work. We went ahead with the purchase only to find out that you absolutely DO need the phone you want to monitor to do the initial set up. Since we were given erroneous information by a mspy rep we immediately asked for a refund and now they refuse to credit our card; instead they keep telling us that they'll hold the subscription until we are ready to use it, which we never plan to do. To add insult to injury they keep trying to get us to purchase a "different" subscription that will work for our situation. This whole thing smacks of extortion. I just want a refund as I requested. These people are fraudulent crooks. I would have given 0 stars if possible.
