1) An order with listed stock was not fulfilled

1) An order with listed stock was not fulfilled.
2)_NO_ contact from the vendor.
3) Messages left on the site were not replied-to. (also in the vendor's language)
4) No follow-up information was sent besides 'order was paid'. No emails saying there were problems with shipping, or stock.
5) A paypal dispute needed to be opened after a week to get the funds returned. Vendor returned the funds but added nothing at all to the dispute.
Absolutely NO communication and NO customer service from the vendor. STAY AWAY!
