I originally had issues regarding communication with mrtakeoutbags.com as I had messaged requesting a sample product prior to ordering a case as I am a first-time customer. I never received a response about a sample and, as I was pressed for time, placed my order on a wing and a prayer. After I left my review, I was reached out to via email by a representative (Judy) who advised my first message was filtered to spam for some reason and then, later, a phone call from a representative (Susan) helped further allay my concerns as she gave me set expectations for the shipping time. My order just arrived, as Susan said, and they products are high-quality and fit my needs! I'll order again in bulk in the future from mrtakeoutbags.com and share my positive experience with others who will be in the market for similar items.
