Those guys were the best. They kept in communication with me all through the process. The end result was overnight shipped with tracking and the final product worked as it should.
What wasn't apparent was that the version or model that we had was only one in (who knows) how many application. There are a lot of these items produced over the years, but not great literature explaining differences between versons and board improvements.
MRO did the best possible re-rurb on these boards and then sending them to us with the required accessories. We are up and running now whereas should we have chose an alternate product, we would have had to change our entire installation wiring and we are still ahead of the game by using them to provide us these hard-to-locate replacement boards. We are back in business with our machinery in a little under a week's time with two spare circuit boards for future use in repairs.
I would like to "thank" Joe Kaminski for his excellent customer service. Joe was able to problem solve and communicate in an efficient and effective manner. We appreciate your help.

The purchased shipment came ahead of the promise day, which was most pleasing. One major thing, did I mention saving money. Yes, maybe this isn't professional of me but people should know. Purchased product saved me enough to buy this product 5 times over again from MRO.
