Our manufacturing plant in Germany needed a Fanuc servo motor for a machine down situation, Fanuc Japan had a long lead time, Fanuc Germany was no help so they reached out to us for assistance in locating the motor. Our Fanuc destributor also did not have the item in stock but was kind enough to recommend MRO Electric. One hour later I had shipping confirmation and the motor was delivered in Germany the next business day. Wow! Great service. MRO made me and the USA look good. Thanks.
