Had a module that cost over $5000 to replace. MRO was able to repair the unit for less than $2000. The turn around was fairly quick even over the holidays. Great experience as Joe from customer service kept us up to date.

Bought a Fanuc servo from MRO, they shipped it out within half an hour of placing the order and were able to overnight it to out plant to get the line back up and running. I had an emergency issue with a customer and Mroelectric.com was extremely helpful by offering next day service at no charge. In this day and age it is impossible to find a company that does not charge extra for shipping. They also had the part I needed and offered new or refurbished items at competitive pricing. I would highly recommend.
