I called on a refurbished Fanuc servo amplifier module with a 1 yr warranty that was in stock on the website. After verifying the module was in stock I placed the order for next day air. MRO was quick to respond we received the correct product the next day in tact with great packaging. Installed the module and our machine was back up and running with no issues. We waited about a week and a half to get the RMA # to return our faulty module to ensure the refurbished module from MRO was going to work properly, and so far so good. Thank you guys at MRO for the quality of the product and fast response and shipment.
