They promise to review your application in 5 business days but it takes over a month! The applicant's school registration and tuition payment deadline passed, and they never gave updates until we called them a thousand and one times. They promise to send email updates but you never receive them, not even one saying they're still working on it. Had to call over 5 times to re-explain a document on my file because they apparently don't leave notes after calls and it was very exhausting. It's been over 5 weeks and we're still waiting. I wouldn't wish the nerves and anxiety they cause on my worst enemy. In total, I believe we have called 50+ times for updates or to get things sorted out, which is insane.
