Ordered 3 necklaces 7 weeks ago. I emailed them after 3 weeks and was told that the package was shipped. At week 6 I emailed again with no response. Week 7, email, no response. Where are my f'en necklaces?!?!?!
I will never be ordering from this company again. The description of the items I ordered stated keychain AND necklace. I ordered 3. I was charged shipping for each item, thinking that the items had to be shipped separately. Weeks later when I received the items, the company had themselves specified that I had ordered only keychains, when again the item title stated keychain AND necklace not OR. There was also no place to specify myself and no way for me to know that I was only ordering one or the other. The items also came all together in one package, not separately. If you are only shipping one package I don't appreciate paying 3 times the shipping. The company was very eager to respond to any email I had, until there was an issue with my order, now I have yet to hear back from them. This is a deceitful company out to make money, cotos to you guys over charging for shipping and making a customer think they are getting additional items with their order is one way to make money, but not the right way.
I'm a big fan of Harry Potter, and after 3 weeks of waiting for this necklace, I finally get it! And it's a mazing!
I've just receive all of my orders, the GOT Stark + Targaryen necklace is simply awesome, I bought one for me and one for my friends, we really love it, I'm gonna place another order to buy some Harry Potter stuffs now.
I am extremely disappointed in their poor service.
I placed an order (#6756) on 20 August 2015, almost 6 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the items purchased.
When I wrote to enquire on the status of the order on 18 September 2015 (2 weeks ago), their representative promised to get back to me within 24 hours. He hasn't responded since.
Update 1: They finally responded to my email on 2 October 2015, after I sent them another email. They claimed that my package was delayed "because of some custom procedure problems". When I asked for a tracking number, they went silent again until 5 October 2015. I received the package on 3 October 2015. Overall, a horrible experience, and I will never buy from them again.

Movie-aholic customer service is extremely poor. At the time of my purchase, nowhere on their site listed that they did not offer returns or exchanges. I order two adult size "Large" sport shirts that turned out to be EXTREMELY small even for a "sport" shirt (they fit my 5 year old, who is average size for his age). I emailed them to try if I could exchange for a larger size, and they flatly refused to offer any options.
The quality of the shirts was also very poor. The printing was fuzzy and the material was very thin and flimsy. This was a $50 purchase overall. The complete lack of documentation regarding their sales/return policy on their website as well as the total lack of customer service is extremely poor practice.
**Update:** In response to their comment below, their sizing charts are inaccurate. The "Large" t-shirt fits an average size 5 year old. Inaccurate sizing charts are of no use when making a purchase. I stand by my initial review.

Answer: NO! More people that dont get the item then get the item... the site wish is a much better Place for sheep god things and you get what you ordered
