I bought padded jacket for my grandson, before giving it to him I removed the tags on the neck of the jacket. Unfortunately, it turned out to be small for him, so I took it for and exchange, the store manager refused for exchange telling me the tags are removed. I escalated the situation and asked them whether I could remove the tag from the larger size (which I intended to buy/exchange) and replace it on the one which I bought. The price and all other things were same as the one I bought. The escalated response didn't respond to my question. These guys are worst to deal with exchange/refund/return, never go to these guys for any exchange/refund/return.

The third rep, Tiago, was insulting Told me that the text number I had for NLS was a Scam, number
That I could not properly read the order number

He repeated this twice I told him I was insulted, yet he continued I requested a refund
Then I asked to be directed to a manager I did receive a response
I will not accept any apology I will NEVER purchase anything from Mountainwarehouse
I will NOT tolerate this insulting behavior from anyone
