I didn't like that I have to wait for shoes to be shipped to your warehouse. According to your webpage, the item I ordered is in stock.
However, after I actually received my order. I was totally happy with the service. I just prefer consistency from the website and customer service. The agent on the phone was very helpful and courteous.
Great price but the order says MD OR XL. I ordered MD. So I wonder if I will get what I ordered. Also you mention blemishes on your site but do you indicate whether a product is unblemished?
After writing my initial questions, I ordered a closeout helmet. This is the type of item that should never be sold damaged or blemished. It was perfect. Came in good time with appropriate packaging and pinlock lens.
The only issue was ordering a hi viz green in large that was incorrectly listed on the website as an available product. Later ordered a different color. Great assistance from customer service but incorrect product availability on the web.

Everything came quick and easy. The only issue was quite a big one though, but cant be attributed to motorcyclecloseouts.com: the helmet I received posted the correct size but was extremely small, rechecked the measurements of my head and all was correct on my end but the LS2 helmet was painful to try and put on. I have received authorization to return it and have just sent it back. That part has also gone well. Only other problem would be now I cant wait for shipping as I have a trip planed in less then a week

Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
