Honestly I expected better deals, by the time you add the shipping the prices are the same as competitors. However, you have some discontinued items no other have in stock.

Update: I received the Jack with a big stain on the front. When contacting Customer service they did provide me with a return label and a 100% refund. However, there response was that they cannot inspect every item and keep there cost down so basically they were saying crap happens. I'm sorry the prices are not that much better.

Not very happy but at least they did credit without issue so they do have that going for them.

For the most part, the prices I paid at motorcyclecloseouts.com are very good. I chose economy shipping because I was not in a rush to get the equipment. With many online retailers, "upgrading" to a more expensive shipping option is just a waste of money...the economy is nearly a quick as the upgraded level. Economy here, is literally on the "someday express". My order was in a state of "inventory transfer" for about 7 days. Their website indicates this status is typically no more than 4 days. Upon questioning if there were any problems, a rep said everything was progressing normally. Eventually, I did receive my order...at about the 10-day mark. Again, I was not in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal. But, it also lumps motorcyclecloseouts.com in with the average online seller...nothing special, but certainly not bad either. Also, the $150 threshold for free shipping is just too steep. At that level, the free shipping should be much faster. Perhaps a $75 threshold for the someday express is in order. I suspect I'll shop there again, but my experience simply doesn't make this site stand out in my mind as the first site to click.
