I asked about build date on a closeout LS2 Arrow. The response politely advised against purchasing a closeout helmet if i needed a build date within the last 5 years (for race tech), but did not actually check the build date for me.
I gambled on the build date. 4 years old.

Horrible customer service. Bought a helmet that didn't fit and had to pay $30 to ship back. Instead of refund they lured me into getting store credit so I wouldn't lose more money. Then I bought another helmet which came with the visor broken out of the box. Customer service took almost a week to respond and wanted to send me parts so I could fix the helmet myself. Ridiculous. And shipping was very slow.
Quick and efficient
The overall experience regarding the website was good. However, when compared to other online shopping it is lacking; specifically returning an item. Returning an item is expensive and completely on the buyer. Buyers beware, read all your responsibilities. Because of this I'll only use this sight when absolutely sure I won't return anything. My wife will never buy me another present from here.

Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L. L. C. Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
