I was very happy with the price and the customer service I did receive, however, there was an issue with the shipping time due to the fact that the warehouse that some of my items were coming from is located in California. I had requested and paid for the moderate shipping upgrade ($19.99) but my shipment was delayed due to the distance of the warehouse, which I completely understand. What I don't understand is how the shipping could be offered nationwide with the same number of days when clearly, if I had lived closer to the west coast than New York, I would have received my shipment within the 3 days that I paid for, instead of 5. I was notified of the issue prior to the order being sent, but I decided not to change the shipping back to standard, because that would have put me out more than 10 days. I am overall quite satisfied with my shopping experience, but it might be a good consideration to lengthen the range of days on the shipping upgrades due to the location of the warehouse. If the warehouse was in a more central location in the country, the 2-3 day shipping would be more feasible.

Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L. L. C. Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
