Although I didn't get an email that said you had received my return, your customer service was friendly and fast checking on it for me, and helping me get into my account.
Fairly well, I don't have much experience with other sites of this type as usually this is an in person type of purchase. With the sizing guides, and some help of customer service I was able to pick up gear that fit right the first time.
Don't fit (msr problem). Shipping was super slow ordered 8/3 recieved 8/22.

Only issue - had my shopping cart full with these same items and when i went to checkout, everything disappeared, so had to go back and do it all over again. The MX helmet didn't display that i ordered a medium when i was in the final stages of checkout. Hopefully it comes in medium.
Shipment took quite a long time, because entire shipment waited to be sent until the one delayed item showed up. Instead of just sending the one delayed item by itself when it showed up.
Second order from you. Great speed of shipping and GREAT price for the product on my first order. Will see about this second order, but I expect pretty much the same. Only issue is that the payment information was a little difficult to find WAY at the bottom of the page with no indicator about WHEN the payment information would be coming in the process. Minor gripe, but it took me a few minutes to figure, so the score goes down one in the overall shopping experience. Maybe a separate step for the payment information?

Ordered GM67 helmet@ $64.99 + $9.99 S/H, but PayPal only showed $64.99? Turned out PayPal carged me the correct amt and the helmet shipped promptly.
I bought two jerseys for an adventure ride that I'm doing. They're a bit warmer than I expected, but they're my first jerseys, so it could be that I didn't know what to expect.
Fit is perfect, they seem like good quality items, especially for the price! I'll shop here again!

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
