I am very happy as I was able to find the helmet I have been looking for. Since I had a specific make and model I was unable to find it elsewhere. Not only did I find it here but it was on sale!:)

The product and overall purchasing experience was terrific. The jacket I purchased happened to have a small tear in the inner sleeve. I am currently working with the customer service department to come to a mutually agreeable resolution to the matter.

Easy to find what I was looking for and the pictures are in good color. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions and my order was shipped so fast I was very pleased with service!
I ordered a leather jacket, gloves and women's chaps but received the wrong style in the chaps. There was a mix up with style numbers because the chaps were mistakenly labeled with two different ones. After contacting customer service and sending photos a return shipping label was promptly sent. After they received the returned pair the correct pair was sent. I didn't have to pay any extra shipping and the process was completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my purchases.

Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L. L. C. Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current model...
