I found it a little difficult to navigate the website and a little disappointed in my sizes being out of stock in a particular item, but the merchandise offering was excellent.
Not sure on the size and hope the 46 is a true size XL in this brand. FIrst time buyer of this brand.
After being on hold forever with customer service I finelly hung up.
My helmet was broken when it got to me, the button on top of it to slide the sun visor down fell on the floor, it doesn't seem to want to stay on, I looked up the return policy online, and didn't understand it, tried to call customer service, I guess I'm just screwed!

The ONLY thing they have going for them is fairly affordable prices.
Too bad. They charge a fee to give money back on paypal. Even though you buy a replacement item from them. They were not prepared to work something out with me. I suppose that is how it goes.

Shipment arrived very promptly but with someone else's order. I emailed company Friday night. Monday afternoon I had a pre-paid shipping label emailed to me. Shipped back the next day. True to their word as soon as they saw movement on the shipping label they shipped replacement. Had it by Thursday or Friday. I don't expect anyone to be perfect. I do expect prompt attention and correction when wrong. They could not have been better to work with.

Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L. L. C. Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
