I normally don't have to resort to leaving negative information on an online company, as I can usually work out any issues with the company, but Motorcycle Closeouts is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I do quite a bit of online shopping do to the fact that I can usually get exactly what I want at a lower price then retail. So, I have quite a bit of experience with interacting with online companies.
As I mentioned above, this company is one of the worst I have ever interacted with. They have no idea what customer service consists of and their store policies are unethical. Motorcycle Closeouts should just state they have a no return policy instead of punishing the customer with unethical fees and charges. I can respect a company more if they are honest upfront with information. If Motorcycle Closeouts would just state they have a no return policy then I could have made an educated purchase from the Motorcycle Closeouts, knowing that if I bought the product I would be stuck with it. At least I would have something to show for the money I have this dishonest company. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, even if you have to spend a little more, in the end I can guarantee you will be much happier with your buying experience. Do not purchase from this company.

I called customer service to find out when my item would ship after I didn't hear anything for a week after I purchased and paid. The only slow part was the distributor since the item wasn't already at the store. Took two weeks to get it but everything else was great. Very happy with the quality of the item from Thor MX.

I paid for shipping on a helmet. It did not fit well so I paid to send it back. Then was charged 10.00 stock fee. I paid 40 dollars to find out a helmet did not fit. I still don't have a helmet.
Took quite a while to receive items considering what the shipping cost and such a small package.

Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L. L. C. Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current model...

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all.
