I ordered a size XL before I read that the item ran small so I contacted the company and they helped me find another one (2x) that would fit. Had to change colors but fit is more important. Gift arrived in time for event. Even with the changes.

It was very easy and they answered all the questions I had before purchasing the LS2 Vallient II. The only downside is that the breath guard was not in the package, but I can't really complain as it was open-box and it was discounted by $100.00.

The prices are good, but man is the shipping slow. I made the order 5/28/2023 and the didn't ship it until 6/8/2023 and I received it 6/14/2023. If count only bussiness days after I ordered it being memorial day, it took 12 business days to receive.
They do say the economy shipping takes up to 10 days to receive, in my case it took 12.
Just be warned when they say it's going to take 10 days they probably going to use all 10 of those days, If you are in rush for something to go riding id probably order somewhere else.
I love all of the items I purchased. It was so hard to choose from so many awesome gear options! My only gripe was that after about 4 days I was notified that one of my items was out of stock and had to confirm whether I wanted to ship the remaining order or cancel it. Of course I said SHIP IT! But this made the delivery much longer than expected.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
