I bought O'Neil boots as a gift, therefore, I cannot write a review.
I ordered an item online for overnight delivery as I needed it prior to leaving for Sturgis. Customer Service was kind enough to find the item in one of their warehouses closer to my home and was able to save me money in delivery, yet still provide my item in time. Customer Service at it's best!
Pros: price, user interface, accuracy

You know this is a online experience.
You can't go by the size chart everybody has a size. I ordered 2 jackets same size jacket from the same manufacture. And one is smaller than the other.
You shouldn't be so tight with the return policy.

Great price. Got it as a Hot Deal and saved $40 over other online site. It as easy ordering and also used paypal delayed payment until delivered. I like to use that feature so was glad it was an option.

Great deals, couldn't beat them on Amazon
Other companies have much more competitive policies on shipping (faster, lower price/free), returns, and rewards programs, while offering the same product prices. Only reason for ordering from your website is that they are all sold out on the size glove I wanted due to the west coast shipping strikes.
Price was very appealing especially with a quality item like shoei. My wife loves the Helmet! Fits true to size. Plan on buying from here in near future for myself!

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
