I hope the sizing guide is accurate. Services were excellent. Sizing on the Icon PDX Rain Pants were absolutely ridiculous. A size small would be tooooooo large for "THE HULK"!

I was looking for a Shoei rf1200 and found a helmet I liked here. I received a phone call from staff answering some questions and providing information on my order. Love this helmet, nice to have a fresh lid for sure. Overall I'm pleased with the quality of the products and level of customer service.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered a product the wrong size by mistake. I sent an email explaining the mistake. I promptly received a phone call from customer service. They were so helpful in taking care of the problem. I would definitely recommend shopping for all your gear from Motorcycle Closeouts.
Email responses were prompt, prices were stellar, and my order was accurate ( and everything fit! Not that it would have been there fault if it hadn't). My only gripe is that the shipping was a bit pokey.not the end of the world tho since I wasn't in any particular rush.
My shirts and hat were stuffed inside my helmet and shipped, luckily my hat wasn't damaged but easily could have been... otherwise great experience overall

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
