I have been dealing with m/c closeouts for a few years... I even visited their store while I was in the area a few years ago... They have always been upfront about their products, knowledgeable, and have good prices... My most recent purchase took about a week to ship... Some of the items were at another location... Not a big deal as the prices were great and the items were just what I needed...Items were received a few days later...

Forgot password. Password sent did not work. Had to use alt. Email to complete order. I'm using Bitdefender for Internet Security. They have an option called Safepay. Order would not complete through Paypal with Safepay. If the prices weren't good and I didn'talready have time invested trying to complete order, I would have bailed. Please make sure I only have one jacket coming as the first order hung up(shipping address 3134 E Cottonwood Ave).

I ordered two motorcycle helmets and two face shields for the one open face helmet I ordered. One of the shields was labeled high visibility. I assumed it meant clear, wrong! It is some sort of bright pink color. A picture online and a description of what "high visibility" meant would have helped me to avoid this purchase. Motorcycle Closeouts has a very ridged and not exactly customer friendly return policy. They gave me two options, get less than half back via Pay Pal or return the item at my expense and then get store credit if I returned the item in like new condition, which is reasonable. The return USPS shipping was almost $10 with the mandatory signature required. So there goes almost half the value of the returned item again. If I order another shield they will charge me $10 more to get one shield shipped to me. Like I mentioned earlier, a better description and a picture of each item would go a long ways to avoid this hassle.
