Ordered some pants and a jacket. Jacket looks and fits well but not the pants. Store made me pay over $15 for return shipping to EXCHANGE the pants for a new size. So I re-ordered the correct size of pants and then was forced to pay the website's $9.99 shipping fee AGAIN for the replacement size of pants. Never in my life of using online clothing retailers have I heard of such nonsense. A quality online retailer wouldn't charge you the shipping cost to exchange sizes because something didn't fit. It's honestly such a cheap and tacky way of operating a business. Get right or go under MotorcycleCloseouts!
Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was sooner than expected! The Noru boots were really nice quality for the price I was shocked! First ride I rode a couple of hours they were so comfortable I didn't want to take them off. The next day placed an order for another pair!

We ordered helmets in the size it said would fix and when we received them they were a lot smaller than what they were supposed to be. Had to pay to return and get other helmets in the right size. Not happy about have to pay for the returned helmets since it was not our fault.
Order came in good and was too big so I was confirmed a return and sent it back and now waiting for my store credit and an email saying they got the order
Solid equipment everything is what I expected but they didn't ship my order or reach out to me they just held it up without reaching out had to try to email them for them ti tell me they wouldn't ship it because they were confused about my address this was a week after I had ordered

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
