Overall it was a good experience but I had not heard anything with regard to my item being shipped for over a week. During that time I sent a note from your website and sent an email asking about status with no response until after the item finally shipped. Not a deal killer but your competitors do a better job of keeping customers informed at each step and in setting expectations for timing. If, for instance, my initial order confirmation had said 'you will not hear anything from us for 8 days' then I wouldn't be left to wonder what was happening. That would require nothing other than setting my expectation.
Like I said, not a deal killer but kept the rating from five starts and perhaps an area for incremental improvement.
I do like your prices and will continue to shop your site.

Delivery time to Alaska took quite a while, but that was to be expected. Great items, great price.
Was going to buy a helmet, but between choosing and putting in cart, then getting ready to pay, my size no longer available. I understand, but it was still frustrating! Order arrived right on time, everything fits great.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
