Website is easy to navigate and selection is good. Don't wait around to place an order though as at these prices, size and selection can dwindle pretty quickly. Shipping time was ok but an one item had to transfer from another location adding a few days. Acceptable but not stellar. Shipping seems a little higher than the industry industry standard as is the minimum for free shipping but at these prices one really shouldn't complain. All in all a good experiance and will certainly use again in the future and suggest to others. It's great to see a place that helps keep the price of racing down and still help to keep riders safer.

I bought some riding pants that were too small. The return process was easy and smooth. Received full credit for my order, placed another order for next larger size pants. Boom! They arrived much quicker than I expected. Five stars for my entire experience with this store and i will shop here again.
I called about my order and was told that new orders must be transacted via the web, not by phone. Not a real major issue however I should be able to order/modify via telephone as well as the web.
Good source for well priced merchandise if you can wait at least a week and half or so for your order.

Has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item.
Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models.
