Listing states 5 business day shipping policy on their ebay listings. When brought to their attention, Rob refused to answer why they wont ship within that time frame. Went back and forth with them and still refuses to ship item within stated time limit. Slowest handling time I've ever had in my life. States shipping will only take 2-3 days, but is taking 10+ days for handling time. Ridiculous. I could have ordered item directly from the manufacturer and had it shipped to me, and then had it shipped around the globe to them by now and they still haven't shipped it yet!
