Once again one of these stock media companies takes more money from their contributors. For me it's literally taking food out of my mouth. The bigger they get the more they take. Thanks a lot motionarray for moving the goal posts to the moon. Enjoy yourselves. Wow, I get 10% of the sale now. Really worth the effort on my part to get nickels and dimes is it not?
If you are a content creator don't waste your time with motionarray. There are better places to market you work that will pay you with an honest percentage.
If you are a buyer check the contributor information for what percentages the contributors receive and patronize the ones that pay a fair percentage to the content creators.
Once again one of these stock media sites says "exciting new changes coming!" and guess what, yes exciting for the profit of the site not the artists. The contributing authors get robbed of their hard work! The site cleans up more cash and authors get screwed. Another example of pure greed with a happy smile. Steer clear of this company and take your business elsewhere!
They make unauthorized charges to your credit card even when you've turned off auto-renewals. There are countless other people that have had the same issues with Motion Array.
You'll get stuck in a loop with your support chatbot with no response from a human. I don't understand how a company can just "not respond" to a customer when they've made unauthorized charges, this has been such a weird experience.
DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Something that is sold as "so easy to use", when it is not. Their products are very limited and require lots of time and knowledge to use. Just made me waste hours trying to use their badly advertised products. No refund option. Avoid at all cost.
These guys are crooks. Try to delete your account (they claim there's a button on your "My Details" page)
However, no button exists.
They keep charging customers for recurring payments (All these negative on trustpilot don't lie)
