I was sent the wrong part and they made me pay for a return label for their mistake. I also stated that the number on the part I received and the part I ordered was not the same.

OK, there was a couple of defective parts but that can be expected sometimes. When I contacted them they issued me a refund.

Received my parts in a well made box, undamaged. Parts were exactly what was pictured and got my TV fixed. Would definitely shop here again.

Part was shipped on time, received it in the morning installed in the afternoon. It was a IR sensor board for my Vizio TV. TV works now.

Did the install job correctly.
However, left a mess: box contents scattered, left remote in the box - luckily found it before tossing - drill dust not cleaned up.

Part was defective, but received it quickly and no hassle return, have no problem recommending them and would have no problem buying from them again

Other than them not even realizing what they had listed on Ebay or what they even had it listed for, the other parts of this transaction went smooth and was shipped fast. Would buy from them again, as long as I was sure the images I were looking at were exactly what I wanted.

Fast shipping part worked fine tv back up and working review needs 100 characters to be accepted! Don't like making LONG descriptions. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

Unfortunately, the part the sold me did not fix the issue. Even so, I was given helpful troubleshooting advice by the seller. Even though I was not able to repair my TV with the part they sold me; their helpful customer service and painless refund process would make me return to them as a customer in the future.

Received the part as stated, good experience. Installed the T. V. part, which was a remote sensor and switch. The T. V. worked fine.

Received item before the stated date. It did take a few days to leave for shipping but I'm assuming it was because of the Easter holiday. Works just fine would order again for this supplier.
