Stole my money
February 25, 2020

Ordered last November (2019). Order never arrived. It took Mooshe 5 months to finally admit that the order was not coming. When I asked to be reimburse they said sure and I was never reimbursed.
When I told them I had not received my money they said they did and that I should contact the bank. I thus asked them for a proof of payment from their side so that I can go to my bank with actual proof that they did it. They have been IGNORING my messages since then. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM.

This company is a scam
February 11, 2020

As noted frequently on here, this company is a scam. It's also revealing that they have no BBB profile. They refuse to cancel subscriptions ever, and will continue to charge your card forever. The only way to stop it is to cancel the card.

Garbage People Running a Socks Scam
January 29, 2020

If you sign up for a free welcome box subscription of their socks, all that means is one random undesirable pair of socks that one length no one likes (just above the ankle by 2-3 inches). There's fine print you'll never have seen that compels you to then stay subscribed for 3 more months after that. They'll then charge you $10.52 for one pair of socks each month. The socks neither seem to be high quality nor are they very cute. You get no choices about length or design. They're probably made my children in China, costing them maybe $. 25 in materials and $. 10 labor ($. 30/hour is what the Chinese pay on average for this kind of work, so). With shipping being as cheap as it is, this is obviously a profitable business model. Heck, they're probably just buying random cheap socks off the street or sending us their used socks.

Instagram has sold us out by letting unscrupulous Chinese companies sell us crap with fine print that extracts more money from us than we anticipate. The Mooshe customer service people obviously don't give a rat's butthole about your complaints. Instagram makes it nearly impossible to contact them about it, and then if you do, they'll just say to take it up with the company. Ha. So the US has essentially decided not to protect its consumers from this fraudulence. We let instagram do whatever it wants with no repercussions. And what are we gonna do? Stop using instragram? I'm a comedian. I basically have to. Maybe we should talk to our representatives, y'all.

Maybe I should run for office. This country has been going downhill for so long now. We are selling our birthright for a mess of porridge up in this b-. Those who came before us fought for basic protections of consumers, workers, and all citizens, and we are hemorrhaging them due to our ignorance, apathy, and distractibility. This is a country of people who are valuing the short term bottom line at the expense of our future. The Chinese now set up factories here and exploit our workers and environment. The Saudis have bought land in Arizona to use our rain to grow the alfalfa hay they then send back to Saudia Arabia; they drill down deeper than the local farmers can, putting them out of business as their crops cannot grow without water. Instagram and Facebook will sell adspace to anyone, irrespective of what they are trying to sell us and how. Our governors are either too corrupt and/or too busy getting reelected or too stupid or too partisan to figure out how to serve us. Most of us can agree on about 8 million things the government could be doing better at, and yet they focus only on what divides us so that they can continue to funnel money to themselves and their friends while we argue about pronouns.

Not to mention, they always include a smiley face in their email subject lines, presumably to mock their customers/dupes.

TERRIBLE
January 21, 2020

I had the worst experience with Mooshe. I initially got the scrunchie and socks subscription boxes and wanted to cancel after the first month but I was told I had to wait for 3 full payments so I went with it. I haven't received ANY of my multiple orders. I have contacted Mooshe and they have been useless and tell me I have received my order but I have not. Terrible terrible terrible. They've basically stolen from me. DO NOT use this company

Such a scam company
December 7, 2019

I hardly ever review anything, truly I had never complained about any company but I can't take this anymore. It charges me every month but I haven't received products. When I asked to cancel my subscription, they always said I must be charged at least 3 times so that I can cancel. Then I waited this scam company charged 3 times and they kept saying the same answer. This is a scam company. NEVER TRUST!

Terrible Company!
November 27, 2019

Completely scam company! Kept using generic emails to assure me that they had processed my orders but only told me the truth and cancelled my order after almost 3 months of waiting that the system can't process my order. What kind of lousy excuse is this! Should not trust this company!

Awesome socks! Long shipping, but worth the wait
November 25, 2019

Haven't had any "scammy" issues like other people have (even went back to check my bank records after reading other reviews just in case). Got four or five pairs of socks for a great price, even taking shipping into account. And now, over a year later, they're all still holding up fantastically. Can't speak for any of their other products, but the socks I got were awesome! Great value if you go with the free socks of the month (aka "just pay shipping")

SCAM
October 24, 2019

I had to cancel my debit card and get a brand new one because they were stealing money out of my bank account. I rather bang my head on a pile of nails than email their customer service.

Socks were ok, tee shirt was poor quality
September 21, 2019

I ordered one pair of the free socks from mooshe a year ago. I knew the shipping time would be a while, but when they arrived, the socks themselves were decent quality. I thought I'd give them another try and ordered a tee shirt. The shipping took just as long, but the quality of the shirt was not very good. The material felt cheap and thin. The design didn't appear as clean as the photos on the site and the fit was sort of off. It was only a one size option, so maybe I shouldn't have expected as much, but I don't feel the shirt was worth the $18 (shipping included) I paid.

Total bait and switch scammers, RUN!
February 15, 2019

This business is a COMPLETE scam. They will ship 5 pairs of socks in 5 different packages, complete waste of time, energy, packaging - a VERY ungreen, pain in the neck, expensive way to waste everyone's time. Worse, they don't tell you this is how they operate until they've shipped your items, which they then refuse to cancel. If you're getting shipments to a shipping location that charges - as I am - it's a total nightmare, and a fortune for socks. They are complete liars as to quote their philosophy on https://www.mooshesocks.com/pages/our-philosophy

"We, as a company, believe in many things."

"We believe that our planet is our biggest resource and it needs to be taken care of. That is why we ship our packages with the least amount of papers and flyers possible. Most promo paper sent by companies to customers end up in the trash. This is, in our opinion, a major waste of our resources. The simplicity of our package is not only Eco friendly, but it also allows us to give our clients better prices."
