I have never experienced this before. Someone stole my identity to get whatever crypto means. This company is stating that even though someone else took out the money using my bank account, it is not there problem. I have already contacted my bank and told them as to why it is not me (wrong name) yet this company is still saying oh well not our fault. If I did not receive any service and or merchandise from this company and all they did was take money out of my account because of someone else, shouldn't the company make it right?
