Order was very delayed. Did not receive a tracking # and had to contact them to find out it was never shipped! Finally got my order after a long delay. Dont shop here if you expect prompt delivery or communication.

They had a product that was selling out as it no longer being made. Instead of jacking the price up to rob people they left the proces the same.
Product received in vey timely manner. Instructions could be better for use. I needed read through them multiple times to avoid making any mistakes with the testing process. Also it could be clearer when you would want to test for plant or product.

Not sure what happened but shipping arrived 4 days late as the package was sent to a city in the opposite direction of mine and sat there for 3-4 days for some unknown reason

Besides the shipping paid for a delivery 25 miles away, I'm satisfied with Monster Gardens. I just wish they'd be open on Saturdays. I'd rather pick up than have delivery.
