Awesome company Monster Fairings... I was kept in constant communication through the entire process, from ordering to approval pictures to shipping. Everything was package with care. There was no opportunity for damage of any kind. The pics on the website I would only use as a reference because what is sent is beyond expectations... Don't hesitate if your on the fence about ordering it took me a while but I am so happy with my fairings... The paint work is top notch from pinstripes to fades... No runs, no dust, no bubbles. The final clear coat just intensifies the care and pride Monster Fairings takes in their work... Awesome job!

First of all, the customer service with Monster Fairing is absolutely amazing!

My bike was in really rough shape when I got it and the one thing I was dreading the most was replacing the fairings, after already having to replace the gas tank and countless other parts and pieces on my 08 Kawasaki ZX6R.
Monster Fairing made replacing the fairings the EASIEST part of the whole rebuild. I contacted them with my order and they helped me with my color scheme because I went back to original colors. It looks SWEET! I am very impressed!

I am currently in the process if gearing for another rebuild and I have already contacted them for my next set!

Amazing customer service. It did not take them long to email information on my purchase. They were quick to respond to my question and were friendly. Definitely recommend to any and all new riders or riders looking to change their look on their bike.

I previously rated them a one star because I was unable to add a coupon code for a free bolt kit, but I after I left my review I was both called and emailed and the problem was quickly resolved.

After placing the custom order w one of the sales agent they were there every step of it from getting options added to it, to enabling me to add a discount I found 2 days later (bolt kit w fairing purchase). Timeline was about a month for production & another month for shipping (can be faster if you want to pay the extra) paint quality is amazing looks like oem! Under the sun you can see some metallic flakes on the paint which makes it shine even more! Fitment quality A+ the only things that you might have to reuse is some padding from the inside of you oem fairings.

I'll start by saying I'd fully recommend monster fairings as both a product and a company, good quality product, good quality people.

The customer service from placing my order to receiving was outstanding. Communication was second to none providing me with feedback each step of the process and pictures to ensure I'm happy with the result before shipping. I had several questions about timescales, delivery, additions so on and they were all dealt with appropriately and efficiently. The team was a delight to converse with in helping get my order perfect and I'm very please in that respect.
The actual product looks amazing, I've had so many people stare and comment at the bike they just love it…not as much as I do though! I didn't think about the tank which needs wrapping or spraying to match the panels which was an oversight on my part to be honest.
The quality of the panels seems to be high and they initially feel more dire able than OEM in terms of the bracket clips. The previous owner ruined the panel clips so that spurred me on to buy a new fairing kit.
I have only just put them on so I can't comment on longevity, however from the feel and look I will expect them to be up to the job no problem.

My experience with monster farings was very good. They were efficient in communicating and willing to do whatever it took to get the kit to my specifications and approval They made sure I was 100% happy with the product profit to applying clear coat. They sent me pictures of the finished product, pre clear coat. I was unhappy with a few things got them to change to my specifications with no trouble at all totally supportive of any changes or imperfections I seen and wanted to change. Once they were done the redo they sent me pictures of changes made prior to clear coat. From the time I approved that was two weeks to apply clear coating. So total time four weeks to design and paint your fairings if approval two weeks for clear coat and another four weeks for shipping. It took me three months because I got them to change a few designs.

I ordered a new set of fairings for my 2020 S1000rr and I was pleasantly surprised with not only the customer service but the quality as well. I got numerous updates throughout the process and they were always prompt about responding. Once I received the fairings they were all packaged and protected really well. The installment was so smooth. They fit as close to OEM as I could have hoped! I'll be using them in the future for my other bikes as well! I wouldn't use anyone else after seeing the quality!

A friend suggested I buy the fairings from monster fairings, just from what he heard. After I had viewed some videos on YouTube of how people were installing the fairings, I decided to buy them.
The mailing and customer support was 10/5 - they quickly answered every question I had.
The quality of the paint: 4.5/5. It is very qualitative even though are little portions with tiny stains. You won't even see them.
The package: 5/5. I can say that the package was professionally done.
The fairings: 4.5/5. I have a 4.5 because they are slightly sturdier than the OEM.
The mounting and the drills: 10/5. I was delighted and relieved that the fairings fit like the oem ones. You don't need to stretch anything; it fits like OEM.

P. S: the little mark on the front fairing was my fault. I hit the motorcycle by mistake.
