I ordered here a jacket and actually it was delivered within the time emphasized on the website. Moncler is one of my favorite luxurious brands, even though I don't have a whole wardrobe consisted of clothes from it. I wish I had the one, but for now, I don't have it, hahaha.
In many cases, their jackets are made of high quality and most importantly they are keeping warmth during cold period.
I purchased a Moncler jacket from Neiman Marcus and the interior trim, which was glued together, is falling apart. I contacted Moncler via email, phone and through Moncler.com multiple times requesting that the jacket be repaired or replaced and was told to bring it to my local tailor. My tailor won't touch it. I own at least a dozen Moncler products but will never purchase another.
While you may be swayed by an official looking website, please be assured it sells poorly made knock off moncler jackets made in Malaysia. The return California address is fake as well as a company phone number listed on their website.
