Our first order arrived slightly but noticeably creased. After notifying customer service (including pictures of the damage), a new copy of our city maps was sent the same day. The order was packaged better (in a poster roll as opposed to a cardboard sleeve with the original shipment) and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with our purchase and with the customer service!
