Livraison d'une image plastifiée personnalisée qui s'est révélée de plutôt bas de gamme pour 30 euros sans compter les frais de port en sus. J'ai demandé un retour ou remboursement pour cette raison. Ce retour a été accepté pour un envoi à mes propres frais à Momenterie Returns à Berlin en Allemagne! Le cadeau étant ultra personnalisé, j'ai proposé une destruction de l'image par photo ou vidéo. Mais bien sûr, le sav m'a répondu que seul le retour à Berlin était envisageable. Les conditions de suivi à l'étranger ne sont pas super fiable ou il faut prévoir un tarif de retour proche de celui de la valeur d'achat de l'image... Bref, entreprise à fuir si vous cherchez de la qualité ou un sav normal.

Es ist wirklich ein tolles Produkt. Leider habe ich mich schwer getan, den richtigen Ort anzugeben. Der in der Liste aufgeführte Ort passte nicht ganz zu meinem Wunschort, so dass ich mit der Maus auf der Karte die genauen Koordinaten finden musste. Dies war sehr schwierig und eine richtige Geduldsprobe. Hier wünschte ich mir, die Koordinaten könnten direkt eingegeben werden. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Danke für das tolle Ergebnis.

Ho acquistato questo quadro personalizzato come regalo di anniversario per mio marito e non potevo fare scelta migliore. L'idea della mappa con le tappe della nostra storia è super romantica e l'anteprima sul sito rispecchiava perfettamente il risultato finale. La qualità della stampa è eccellente e la frase personalizzata rende il tutto ancora più speciale ed emozionante. Spedizione precisa e imballaggio accurato. Erstellen war unkompliziert, nur schade, dass man nicht in der 2ten Reihe schreiben kann. Funktioniert auch mit Leerzeichen nicht. Ansonsten ist das Geschenk sehr gut angekommen.
