I never really had much success with shopping for clothes online. Without being able to touch the fabric or try the clothes on, it's like taking a chance. Most of the time I had to return the clothes.
But when I saw ModLily on Facebook and then downloaded the app l was truly amazed at the quality of the clothes that I purchased. The fit was spot on and the fabrics and colors were outstanding. I also like the coupons that are available and the point earning system towards future purchases. I would definitely recommend this app.

Until I see the results of my return request I can't say whether it is a positive or negative experience. A previous return required me to call and insist on a refund rather than a credit which was given upon my request. This time I am simply wanting a credit for a future purchase but I want to verify the amount credited is correct before giving a better rating.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
