I was purchasing a top that indicated "free shipping" When I went to check out no free shipping was offered. I went back to the selection, or tried to, but could not find it. Once I did find it the price was increased by several dollars. Why?

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
