Endless chats with yourselves and courier service who are appalling, said couldnt get access to our address, which was correct on packaging and is a Lifestyle Village with access 6am to 6pm 7 days a week, so ridiculous, when other courier services have no problem. Could not speak direct to anyone, couldnt get phone number or address for over a week and then when did cost us to go collect ourselves with no apology NOT HAPPY 😡😡
