The purchases I bought from Modlily are exactly the same as they look in picture! I was really surprised by the purchases because I did not anticpate that they are in good quality. The material is soft and durable. I will absolutely buy more clothes from this website again.

Nice item but XXL bottom was 26" waist... top was a small also even though label said XXL... the chart measurements DO NOT match what thay send... My 1st experience... it should be very easy to return... not good customer service...
I need to return merchandise and cannot get anyone to help me so I guess i am stuck with it. Clothes run way too small and merchandise takes forever to get. There is nothing good about this company and I would not advise anyone to order from you.
I won't be earning any cash reward, because I can't give a positive review. I was very careful to read the sizing chart to make sure I would order the correct size and even the chart was misleading. The dress was at least three sizes too small so now am out my money and can't wear the dress. I would not recommend that plus size women in the USA order from this company. Sizing is incorrect.
Got 3 items. One I love but wrong size... this was an extra large and in reality it is a extra small. Wanting to return to get another size but no one will get back to me.
I was not expecting the dress I bought to be two colors. It turns out the top is blue and to bottom of it is closer to purple. For an extra large, which usually fits me loose, this dress is snug. I am determined to loose weight and so I will hand wash and cool tumble then hang to dry to get rid of the strong dry smell. Overall opinion of the product, is that I am not satisfied with it. Maybe I should return it for an xxl and a different color.
The colors of the tops I purchased are so vibrant a real standout. The fit is a little snug maybe I will need to loose a pound or two for a better and proper fit. Love it!

It took nearly a month for the dress to arrive, and it was shocking. NOTHING like the picture. Size XL but actually like a size medium. I would not even pass it on to someone. Fabrics are ugly, wrong colors than shown. Flimsy.

Well after doing my research I was very skeptical about buying stuff. I had a friend that said she had ordered from there do I decided to try it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase although it did take 3 weeks to arrive, and I started getting worried because my track number wasn't working, but then it did and I knew it was on is way. I ordered 3 things one was true to size and the other two were a little smaller but I can still wear.
I ordered over $350 on January 23rd and to date they have not arrived. I keep getting told go to your post office or look on your porch. Its not there they refuse to give me my money back. I would never order from here again. I cant even imagine what it would be like to try to return a item. In my case i have to items to return
I returned a very bad fitting top and it was tracked and signed for on 23rd February but to date the have not received a replacement. I had a ticket number with a promise to reply in 2 to 3 days and a week later have still not heard. The administratin is the worst i have ever come across. The goods are good but I will NEVER, NEVER shop with Modlily in view of the dire admin and lack of communication. My next move will be with the Trade Descriptions Act or even the press
This website takes pictures from real websites and tries to create the clothes. The clothes are cheap, not at all what was pictured. I ordered a large, and was sent something that would fit a very small person. After a lot of hassle, they did return my money!
The size charts are incorrect on their website. The clothes run about 2 sizes smaller than described. The cost to return the item is almost more than the purchase price
