This company is a total rip off. Stay far away from them. They offer one half off when you complain and try to stick you with the clothes. They will tell you to keep them and they will give you one half back. They refuse to give you a shipping address for returns. I believe this is a Chinese company and they do not want to have the clothes come back. Horrific!
Ie buy anything from these cowboys. Long delivery time big customs cheque to retrieve parcel "free shipping" joke! Poor quality could not re-sell such cheap material. No reaponse whatsoever to complaint yet their advertising crops up everywhere and bombarded with emails to remind me of my mistake in ordering from them and getting me annoyed again. I am now convinced that the 5* rated reviews are a ploy and posted by them. Rant over.

Do not order anything from them the sizes of the clothing is very small. I have tried to return my purchase 3 times via ticket request and I still have not heard back after 3 weeks. I should have read the reviews first waste of $$$

I ordered three bathing suits. Quality was cheap and when I tried to get the return address/ ticket needed to return them! Well I am still waiting! UGH! Never again will I use them. I ordered two bathing suites... same size. One fits perfect and the other is WAY too small in the bust area. Too expensice to return and very confusing. Also... plan on several weeks for delivery

Ordered a bathing suit 2 times bigger than I normally wear. I have a big bust so I thought I was being safe. WRONG! I don't think even if I would have gone up 5sizes it would have fit. If you are not shaped like a little boy there clothes won't fit. I was going to return it and then found out how much it would cost to send it back to China... I would lose money and They would get to resell the item. So lesson learned. I'll stick with Amazon. They stand behind what they sell and don't charge you to return a product. One other little note... they say free shipping, however, if you look at the shipping label and see what they put for value of the merchandise it is half of what I paid so I guess I paid for the "free shipping". Never again!

Upload photos? Seriously? I am trying to return 2 items and it's a process. I ordered about 8 items from Fashion Mia and half of them were not available AFTER I already paid for them! What a scam! Never again! If I don't get a response quickly, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission! I bet all the "great" reviews are phony!

Purchased a bathing suit, I'm a size 4, purchased a medium and my legs barely fit through the bottoms they were so tight and quite transparent even though it was orange.
The top was cheap too, the cups weren't tied up they just sat there so if you move the wrong way they're coming down.
I won't be wearing this.

MODLILY SUCKS! This company is total trash, run by non-English reading and understanding morons. Don't waste your time or money because they don't take returns and lets them avoid paying refunds. PayPal supports them and refuses to reimburse you if you are ignorant enough to by from them after reading all the horrible reviews.

I purchased a bathing suit recently, with hesitation, due to some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly pleased and the color was beautiful! The size was perfect too!
Modlily will not accept returns and WILL NOT refund the purchase credit. I am presently contacting my credit card company to dispute my purchase and without a return address, I will probably donate the tops to a charity. PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON A REFUND SHOULD YOUR PURCHASE BE UNSATISFACTORY.

I had the most amazing experience at her in. The photos of items were very appealing; trust me, what you see, is what you get. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
