My dress arrived; too large. I wanted to return it, in order to do so, I need to log into my account. The website would not allow me to log in. I had to do a chat with someone in customer service to get the ticket/return started for me. I had to create an account when I placed my order. How can I not have access to it now?

Placed an order mid nov buy 2 get 3rd free including top for Xmas party 16th dec, delivery supposed to arrive 6-14 dec.
Kept an eye on site just always said processing no further info given, I contacted on 6th dec to question as I presumed it would have been dispatched but just not updated the tracking to be told one of the tops was on back order so wouldn't be dispatched at all (this was the party top) so I ended up cancelling the whole order. They did process the refund within 24hrs so that was great but would have been helpful if they had let me know as soon as there was an issue with the order so I had more time to make alternative plans

Poor quality clothing! These people are rip offs steer clear! Clothing came, seems do not line up or match as shown on the website. You are better off just wearing a trash bag rather than their clothing. Although if you want to look frumpy go ahead and order from them, it's your choice, your body, and your almighty dollar that takes the ultimate sacrifice.
All the shirts fit good and it's very nice material
Very nice shirt. I like the way the products are displayed on the models no use of cell phones and no coverups with other items. Shipping and delivery are efficient also

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
