So just making you aware that many.of these reviews are highly suspect as being fake company driven reviews. It's a known practice. My personal experience is as follows...slow snail paced service, billed me twice, unable to reach anyone alive at customer service and the size/quality substandard. They market their items all wrong. They market to full sized plus women and use stick thin models. Very deceitful. Beware

After placing my order for bathing suits, I saw that they might not arrive until I had already left. I used chat to speak with them and my suits arrived early. They fit nicely, which can be difficult with bathing suits.

Customer service experience is very good. Coat wasn't as expected as it was too short in length and sleeves were too long.

The two items (swimsuit and shirt) I ordered are fine. Nothing really special. Haven't gotten to wear them yet but I feel they will serve their purpose. They did come in a timely manner but shipping updates were somewhat confusing!
