Ordered 3 suits and got one "free" I changed the size of one of the suits before they were shipped and had NO problems doing so. They came in BEFORE the scheduled delivery date and I could not be happier with my merchandise. The one I changed the size on ended up being too small but the others fit GREAT! All suits run "True To Size"

I placed an order and then tried to get ahold of customer service to make sure my swimsuit would be in blue not black and There is no customer service phone number and when I did the online chat. They wanted me to pay five dollars to continue to talk to them To get an answer to my question. I'm very skeptical about This company and. Some of the reviews and ratings were only one Star so I already not exciand hope I don't get ripped off

Swim wear has unfinished edges and is very cheap material. One top way too large, one top material is very cheap and since its "lacy" will not hold up. I would like to return my order
I bought my swimsuits and waited the month to get them, just to discover none of them fit. When I go to ask for an exchange they say no returns or exchanges. Even though I have an email stating free returns for 30 days. Either way I'm stuck with suits that don't fit and need to go buy more. Support local business that you can exchange no problem and talk to someone live.
I ordered a bathing suit which was totally sewn wrong so I sent it back. After a week, I emailed the company asking about my refund and they offered me a 20% credit of my purchase price. I had to fight and fight with them and they finally gave me a credit of less than half of what I paid.
I reported this through my credit card company and hopefully I'll get the other half. NEVER again!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
