On 1/29 I placed an order, charge immediately placed on credit card. No confirmation of order;no info sent about order;contacted them through their chat on 2/19 and 2/20;first told order would be sent 2/22-2/29;received email on 2/20 stating I would be given a store credit; asked for a refund but was informed that store credit is only thing available.Contacted chat again on 2/20, told only store credit available.Told them I would not use it and wanted a refund.This is where it all stands.

I placed my order on February 2nd. After 2 weeks I contact them on February 17th and told them to cancel my order. The told me it had shipped on February 5th. The only thing that had been done on February 5th was a shipping label. Now looking at the tracking info it shipped out the same day I cancelled my order. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is scammers!

Ordered snowman sweatshirt in November. Finally got it late December. Sent it back and posted on their website (submit ticket) postage and tracking number when I returned it for exchange size (It would have fit 2 people) or refund. So tired of submit ticket or live chat where they are nasty to you orsay same thing over and over. Before buying from them just throw your money in the trash.

I ordered a swim suit a month ago and loved it so much that I ordered another one. The suits are a perfect fit and are flattering. Both products arrived on time and in perfect condition. I especially liked that I was able to track the products. Great customer service!

I ordered quite a few shirts from Modlily and I am receiving compliments on them all. They are "t shirts" by material but the designs are adorable and the fit is nice.

What experience it was shipped at a reasonable time

Received my order very promptly. Items received were extremely well made and stunning. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear and unfortunately had to return all 4 items and reordered a smaller size. In returning my package I forgot to put the RMA # M******* on the parcel. I hope this will not interfere with my reordered items being shipped again.

They have good quality clothes. It is fun just to look and see what they have. I had to return several items because the sleeves were too long and if I had tried to shorten it would have ruined the blouse. Return policy was very easy to follow. I will order more this summer.

Slow shipping. Still waiting on my order. Needed a few items for an event, that has now passed.
